1. Introduction

Welcome to SmartTicket. By using our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Customer) and SmartTicket (the Platform).

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased through MoMo, Visa, Unayo, e-mali, or DeltaPay, the transaction cannot be reversed. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have selected the correct event, date, and ticket type before completing the payment.

3. Fees & Payments

SmartTicket charges a non-refundable service fee (typically 3.5%) and potential delivery fees (SMS/WhatsApp) on top of the ticket price. These fees cover the cost of secure payment processing and digital ticket delivery.

4. Refund Policy

SmartTicket acts only as a service provider for event organizers. Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by the organizer. In the event of a cancellation, only the ticket face value will be refunded; service and delivery fees are non-refundable.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally via the method selected at checkout (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp). If you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

6. Event Liability

SmartTicket is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event venue. The event organizer is solely responsible for the safety, management, and execution of the event.
